Deborah Ann Owen-Craft's Obituary
Deborah Ann Owen- Craft was born to Evan (Buck) and Lois Owen in Centralia, WA on September 7, 1952. Debianne’s spirit was set free on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. She is survived by her daughter Theresa Marie Rose Husted, who loved her mother beyond human imagining, and also by her brother Evan Owen and his wife, Sue.
It is impossible to summarize Debianne’s human spirit. Her vast creative abilities, talents, and humor made her a natural performer in life. Whether she was doing musical theater on and off the stage (Tacoma Little Theater, Auburn Avenue Act l, TAG and even down in Olympia with The Abbey Players), singing in a country band(El Dorado), sitting in with other musicians, or out on her own touring the Pacific Northwest with her keyboard, she sought to entertain, and connect with people through music.
She was impulsively kind, complimenting strangers wherever she went, even when she herself was unwell. She had an enormous capacity to love people and animals, especially if they were in need.
She lived and loved with her whole heart, nothing less.
She is free now to dance, sing, laugh, and spread her light wherever it may be needed in the world. She will be missed greatly, but never forgotten, carried always in the hearts of those who held her in theirs.
