David T. Snow's Obituary
David Thomas Snow, 61, passed from this life on February 17th, 2021 into eternal life with Jesus and a reunion with his daughter, Justine. David was born in Long Beach, CA on December 31st, 1959 as the last baby of the decade and proud brother to Stanley Jr and Myrra. He graduated from Phineas Banning High School and went on to dedicate years of his life as a Marine. He then moved to American Samoa, where he met the love of his life, Clara Galea'i Poumele-Snow. The lovely pair were married in March of 1986 and eventually had five children: Afimutasi, Justine, Fofoaivaoese, Fonotele and Apisata'i. David and his family relocated to Tacoma, WA in August 2002, where his children met their spouses and gave David 14 beautiful grandchildren: Afimutasi Jr, Lataimeaali'i, Kalala, Penina, Angelina, Taimane, Noah, Manaia, Tiamo III, Justine (Tini), Keila, Tamatoa, Viola and Justine (Diney). He was a faithful man of God who was not ashamed to share the gospel anywhere he went with anyone who would listen. He always had a smile on his face but never let his friendly demeanor fool you, with many years served in the military, as an officer, and later as a security guard, he was not one to be toyed with. David was loved through his life and he left behind a lasting legacy and has graduated to glory! He will be absolutely missed but in his own words: "this place is not our home, we are just passing through."
