David Leroy Rogers
Gone racing and fishing forever
Born in Jennings, Oklahoma, on December 24, 1933. Reunited with his wife, Carrole (Cubby) Stringfellow Rogers, on September 1, 2011. He leaves, held deep in their memory, his two children, Loretta Ann Rogers and Michael David Rogers. His two brothers, Glen Edward (eldest) and Vernon Lee Rogers (youngest). Grandchildren Robyn, Amy, and Kali. Great-grandchildren Hayley and Sebastian. An aunt in Nebraska along with many nieces, nephews, and friends also in Nebraska and Oklahoma who will also miss him. David's mother, Frances Steven Cox Boechler, and father, Ola Ray Rogers, preceded him in death.
Whether you know him as Dave, Roy or Leroy, please join us for a celebration of his life on Friday, September 9, 2011 at the Mountain View Valley Chapel. Viewing will be from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM prior to the remembrances at 4:00 PM.
