David Harold Barefield's Obituary
David Harold Barefield passed away on August 5, 2007 at 46 years of age. He is survived by his wife, Geri Lynn Barefield, daughter, Joleischa, step-son Aljoscha, parents William H & Dorothy Barefield, Robert & Donna Shaw, siblings Robert & Elizabeth Shaw, and William O. Barefield. David attended Mount Tahoma High School in Tacoma, WA and graduated from Sammamish High School in Bellevue, WA. He then went on to attend Northwest University in Kirkland, WA. A long-time resident of the Olympic Peninsula he loved fishing, hunting and was a great outdoorsman. Visitation is Friday from 10:00 am until 9:00 pm. Services will be held at Mt View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood, WA 98499 on Saturday, August 11th at 11:00 am, Chaplain (LTC) William O. Barefield, brother, will be officiating. Interment private. Family requesting no flowers.
