David James Anderson's Obituary
David was born in Tacoma, Washington, at Tacoma General Hospital. He was disabled from the age of 11 years old due to an inoperable brain tumor. Physical limitations never stopped him. He graduated from Rodgers High School, Puyallup; earned his AA degree at Highline Community College. He worked for the Boeing Company.
Dave was an honorary Tech Sgt in the Washington National Guard, Assistant football coach for the South-End Boys Club in Tacoma. He was a devoted Christian and a member of Overcomer Covenant Church in Auburn. He was also a member of Hearts of Hope Prison ministry.
Despite his physical limitations he encouraged everyone around him with his loving and gentle spirit.
Dave was a loving son, father, brother, and nephew. He is survived by his son, Tim Anderson, daughter, Kathy Anderson, mother Diane Bidon, his step-father Mark Bidon, his brother Dennis Anderson, nephew Lee Anderson, Aunt Debbie McCuen, and niece Celesta Erwin.
We all know he is in Heaven with Jesus and we will see him again.
