DaShawn M. Moore Sr., 46, of McDonough, Georgia, passed on September 10, 2018 in Georgia. He was born in Akron, Ohio on July 18, 1972. DaShawn is survived by Sandra and Peter John Summers(mother & step -father) of Puyallup; Wife Leslie (Borja) Moore from McDonough, Georgia; DaShawn M. Moore Jr. (son) Tacoma, Washington; Taylorr Johnson (daughtrer) Ellensburg, Washington; Zarea Moore (daughter) Tacoma, Washington; Domonique Moore (son) Texas; Dashawn's brother, Eddie Moore and his two sisters Renee Moore and Erica Rodriquez.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. in the Valley Chapel on the grounds of Mountain View Memorial Park & Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Mountain View Memorial Park. All are encouraged to remember, & celebrate, DaShawn by leaving online memories & condolences here in the family guestbook.
