Darrell K. Wright's Obituary
Darrell was born November 7, 1933 to parents Lucille Hannah and Edmund Langford Wright. Darrell was one of four children: Jack, Edmund, and Lois Leimbach. He joined the Navy during the Korean War and retired after twenty years. He worked for Xerox and the Unico Properties in the Wells Fargo Building and in the Holman Building. He loved being Santa for many children and adults. He also served in the Boy Scouts for twenty-two years.
He was preceded in death by Colleen, his wife of fifty-eight years, and his son Tom. He found happiness this past year with his marriage to Judy.
He is survived by his daughter Lynn, his son Rick, nine grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Darrell is a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He served as Bishop several times, and he also served as a temple worker at the Bellevue temple.
Darrell will be greatly missed by many family and friends, whose lives he blessed.
