Darrell E. Murphy May 14, 1939 Â- March 5, 2004 Darrell (Murf) Murphy was born in Neodesha, KS. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Larry. He is survived by his 3 daughters Sheryl, Debbie, and Theresa, his brother Jen, his 8 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild, and numerous nieces and nephews. Â"MurfÂ" as his friends and co-workers knew him, enjoyed working at Compass Aerospace for several years. Darrell also served in the Army from 1961-1967 before Boeing for 14 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman with his penchant for being a prankster. There will be a viewing on Monday, March 15, 2004 from 11AM-9PM at Mt. View Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held at Tahoma National Cemetery on March 16, 2004 at 11:00 AM.
