I worked with Darrel on the APA housing projects in Turkey. It was quite a challenge working with the Turkish builders who were unfamiliar with our building materials. Darrel was a patient instructor and earned the respect of all who worked with "Mr. Dale." It was a memorable experience for all involved! My condolences to his family and all who knew him.
