Darlene's Mother, Doris Atwood Hofeditz, was my step mother. Doris was an Angel! My dad and Doris were High School Sweet Hearts. I loved them both dearly.
I remember many times visiting with Darlene, Doris and my Dad and we shared many stories that were so funny we would laugh so hard our sides would hurt. Darlene was a very special lady. Darlene made people comfortable where ever she went. I'm so very sorry to hear about Darlene's passing.
