Danny Dale Fender's Obituary
Danny Fender
9-21-43 - 11-18-10
Dear Diary:
Today the flame that was in my heart for 45 years flickered out and died. I will miss him dearly. He was my best friend, my rock.
Our son Eric lost his father and advice-giver, whether he wanted it or not. Granddaughters Kenedi, Alexys, Aneka and Gracie lost their Papa and checkbook. His faithful daily companion and friend Sadie Mae, lost her Lord and Master. She misses him so much already.
He is also survived by brothers Gary (Carol), George (Sharon), Tim (Barbara), Steve, sisters Phyllis, Debbie and Kim. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Vernon and Kevin.
He would like his best friends Ralph Schien, Louie From and Joe Frame recognized.
He was a member of: American Legion Post 138, 40 at 8 Doughboys, Elks Lodge 2388, VFW 969, AmVets Post #1, Pierce County Detachment #304, and the Marine Corps League. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to American Legion Post #138, nurses' training fund, or to the Pierce County Humane Society Princess Fund.
So Diary, today I had to do one of the hardest things I have ever had to do, which was say goodbye to my Marine, my husband, my love.
-Danny's wife Hattie.
