Daniel Vincent McElligott's Obituary
Daniel Vincent McElligott Sr., of Tacoma, passed away July 13, 2009 at age 76. Mr. McElligott served the citizens of the United States for 50 years. He was a 30-year U.S. Army combat veteran, retiring as a CW4 in 1983, followed by a 20-year Civil Service career, also with the Army. Mr. McElligott was preceded in death by his first wife Loretta Jennifer McElligott, and is survived by his wife Sukie, four sons, eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He's also survived by two sisters and three brothers. Services will be held at 11 AM July 20, 2009 at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Spanaway, followed by a 2:15 PM interment at Tahoma National Cemetery.
