Daniel Blevins
Daniel was born Jan. 4, 1929 in Dayton, Ohio to Daniel Sr. and Ida Blevins. He was greeted in heaven by his beloved wife Virginia and their granddaughter Jamie Lynn on Oct. 1, 2011. He is survived by his son Michael, daughters Sheila (Bryan) Beckstrom, Sharon (Richard) Rabon, and Shelley Dunham, grandchildren David Basener, Gwyneth Blevins, Nicholas (Wendy) Blevins, Tracy (Bonnie) Blevins, Gerald (Brooke) Baker, Kevin (Kayla) Baker, Anthony Rabon, Jennifer (Jonathon) Tyrell-Smith, Jessica Dunham, and Julie Dunham, and 10 great-grandchildren. Our family would like to give a special thank-you to Sylvia Zullo and the loving, caring people at Sylvia's Place. They treated "Papa" like family and for that we will be forever grateful. Thank-you also to Franciscan Hospice for making his final transition as comfortable and easy as possible. Services will be held on Thursday Oct. 6, 2011 1PM in the Mountain View Garden Chapel.
