Dana Stewart Mack's Obituary
Dana Stewart Mack was born March 28, 1961. He passed away from cancer February 25, 2026.
Dana was the youngest of five children born to Jerold and Patricia Mack. Dana's father was in the military and the family moved many times. Dana joined Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts reaching the rank of Life. His first job was working for Wendy's in Midwest City, OK. After graduating high school, Dana moved to Puyallup, WA. He joined his brothers Steve and Jerry in Mack Construction. In later years, he worked for his brothers Alan and Nate in the auto body business where he was in charge of the detailing department at both Ponders Collision Center and Kay Parks Autobody. An opportunity came along for Dana to again join his brother Steve in Mack Remodeling. Later he worked at J&J Auto Body until he retired.
Dana has a daughter, Emily Marie Sodden-Mack (husband Gerardo) and a grandson, Logan - age 4. Emily remembers Dana as an amazing father who spent many weekends where they enjoyed movies, singing together, hiking outdoors and sharing their love for God.
Dana is survived by his mother Patricia Mack, four brothers Jerold Ruston II, James Alan, Steven Andrew and Nathan Edward Mack and their loving families.
