Dan (Dominador) Figuracion
Born, February 5, 1920, dismounting at Fiddler’s Green April 3, 2017. Favored and decorated son of two mother countries: The Philippines, his cherished birthplace; and the United States of America, his adopted home.
Survived by his beloved wife and partner Ely, blessed in the sacrament of marriage for seventy-one years. Preceded into the Lord’s hands by sons Danilo, age sixty-seven; Raphael at infancy; and grandson Shawn age thirty-one. Survived by children Ernesto, Lorna, Rowena, Renato, Adora, Noel, and Melvin.
His legacy includes a deep devotion to duty, “Strength in loyalty,” nurtured by his love for his mother countries; and continues on through his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, numbering over fifty strong. His legacy will endure in the stories we share and we remember.
