Dameian Jonte Daniels' Obituary
Dameian Jonte’ Daniels was born June 20, 1979 at Enterprise, Alabama, while Charles and Beverly Daniels were stationed at Ft. McClellan, Alabama.
He attended first grade in Anniston, Alabama. When the family was deployed to Ft. Lewis, Washington in 1986, Dameian went to school on the post. After Dad’s retirement in 1989, he attended school in Temple, Texas. After the family re-located back to the Pacific Northwest in 1991, he attended Ballow and Stahl Junior High Schools. Upon completing junior high, the family moved to Spanaway, Washington, where he attended Spanaway Lakes High School. After studying construction management at Southwestern Illinois College, he worked in the Military Archives Department in St. Louis, Missouri.
Dameian met and married Rebekah Karlsen, and to this union two boys Dameian, Jr. and Isaiah were born. Upon leaving the Pacific Northwest, Dameian settled in Fairview Heights, Illinois where he married Ashley Alford and had a daughter, Ava Nevaeh Daniels.
Mourning his departure, yet thanking God for many beautiful memories are his sons Dameian Jonte’, Jr. Isaiah Christian and their mother, Rebekah Karlsen of Puyallup, Ava Nevaeh and her mother, Ashley Daniels of St. Louis, MO, LeAnn Ball of Colorado Springs, Colorado, parents, Charles and Beverly; three brothers, Demetrius Jaabaah, Dominique Jhann, DeLyric DaRavian: two sisters, Ke’Alizae Latorshy, and Ky’Anna Monae, all of Spanaway; grandmother, Camille Horton of Tacoma, aunts, Billie J. Jones of Colorado Springs, Carla Fields of Temple, Texas, Sue Kimpston of Helendale, CA, Lisa Stiles of Moses Lake, WA, Doris Carnachan and Jo Anna Phetteplace of Norwich, NY; uncles, Robert Lee Daniels of Ozona, TX, David Simmons and Jerome Whitmore of Seattle, WA, Andrew Horton, Jr. of Livermore, CA, Mark Simmons, Alexander Hts., West Australia, Hally Simmons of Chicago, Illinois and Jimmie Simmons of Kentland, Indiana and many, many cousins, extended family and friends. Dameian was looking forward to the birth of his new nephew, Demetrieus Jabaah Daniels, Jr.
