The Bartholomew and Cranston families go way back. My folks, Jim and Lea Cranston, would regularly get together with Dale, Margaret, Rick and Brenda either at our house or theirs. MANY card games were played between the 4 of them. They were wonderful and supportive friends to my parents as their health (both) started to decline. The images of the both sets of parents playing cards and just visiting into the late evenings will always be indelible ones in the hearts of myself and siblings.
