D'Juan Dante' Clark's Obituary
D’Juan Dante’ Clark was born in Newport News Virginia on August 24, 1981. He was the son of Derrick and Johnsie Clark. He was in the graduating class of 2000 at Clover Park High School. He went on to BJ’s Barber school and was certified in 2002. He began his barber career at Tam’s Barber Shop and later worked at Razor Sharp until he partnered with friends, Jordan Parker and Jarrette Lewis, to open “In the Cut”. In addition to his career of barbering he had a passion for kids and actively served in the community by mentoring and coaching the neighborhood youth.
He leaves to cherish his loving memory: his loving parents, Derrick and Johnsie Clark. Three Brothers: Shaun Claiborne (Marissa Claiborne), Eric Clark (Lekeisha Clark) and Andre Clark. One sister: Angel Clark. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and devoted friends.
D’Juan had a passion for helping people and was well known and respected in the community. His hobby was taking care of others. Visitation 10am - 6pm Friday, July 8 and 1pm - 5pm Saturday, July 9 at Mountain View Funeral Home. Funeral Service 11:00 Saturday, July 9 at Transformation Ministries International, 2001 So. J Street in Tacoma, followed by a reception at the Lakewood Boys and Girls Club, 10402 Kline St SW in Lakewood.
