Curtis is survived by his sisters, Kathy Davies, Kelly Kelly, Karon Patton, and Karol Patton; and his nieces and nephews, Alecia Loetzke, Kaleena Jones, Josuha Jones, Colby Davies, Kariel Helsel, Zachary Davies, Jordin Helsel, and Donnie Barnes. He is predeceased by his mother, Lucy M. Patton.
