Curtis Benson's Obituary
Curtis LeRoy Benson, Jr. was born May 29, 1975; left our world on September 18, 2012. He found such happiness spending time with family, such joy in the company of his friends, and pride in working with his co-workers. He felt peace and solitude in fishing the many lakes and rivers across Washington and Montana. He was commited deeply to everything he did; more than anything to his family. He knew how much he was loved and returned that love with vigor. He is survived by his adoring mother Marsha Lyman and step-father Richard Lyman, sisters Sarah (Mike) Medford of Puyallup, and Katie Prukop of Puyallup, nephew Tyson, and nieces Elle and MacKenzie, dear mentor and friend John Wood of Lakewood, and father Curt Benson of North Dakota. A celebration of his life will be held on September 29, 2012 at 2:00 pm in the Garden Chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. S.E., Lakewood, WA. Reception and memory sharing to follow.
