Creasie Irene Jones' Obituary
Creasie (Braddox) Jones was born on September 24, 1937, to Leonard Braddox and Clovis Luster in McKinney, TX. She spent most of her childhood with her grandparents and was active in her grandfather's church. Creasie married James Jones Sr on December 12, 1956. They raised their three children, David Bracken, the late James Jones Jr., and the late Adrian Smith, worldwide until James Sr retired from the Air Force and settled the family in Washington State.
Creasie was a robust and energetic wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who loved being around family no matter the occasion. She especially loved the kids, always giving out Easter Baskets, Barbies dolls, or coloring books. No matter how many great-grandkids and beyond she had, she didn't forget anyone, and no one was ever left out.
When she wasn't enjoying family company or spending time with her best friend, Mrs. Harris, she enjoyed playing Bingo, watching game shows, the Dallas Cowboys, or a good-ol' fashion western.
Survived by her son David Bracken, 5 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and countless other family and close friends, Creasie will forever be remembered for her crochet bookmarks, delicious cooking, and sharp-witted sense of humor.
N-37, Bingo
