Cliff was the leader of our ward at Western State. He took me under his wing and showed me the ropes during my tenure as an MHT working night shifts. I treasure our many conversations covering every topic. Timo called me today and informed me of his passing. Thanks for taking care of me at Western State Cliff and I know you are in a much better place my friend.

Well, Pat, we're finally getting around to memorializing your life and I'll be heading out Tuesday for the long drive to Tacoma. I just want to say that you were the best brother a sister could have...thoughtful, caring, loyal, supportive, nonjudgmental, protective and generous to a fault. Pat was my roommate at Sandia Army base back in 1970. I had the pleasure of meeting his parents when they came to visit. My wife Gail and Jo were both stationed at Sandia base as well. My sincere condolences to Jo and the Grace family. Phillip & Gail Gibala

Yeah, we had a rock band known as The Orgy. We had an upcoming gig at Parnell MO, so we decided to cook up something special. We spent the better part of a day fabricating a faux guitar out of a slab of oak and some other wood and items. Cut out the body to look like an electric guitar with a jigsaw, glued & screwed on a neck and installed some old used strings on it. We set up this thing on a stand on the stage and went through the set. We must have played “I can see for miles” by the Who at the end and Pat “played” the fake during that climactic number. On the final cord Pat took the guitar and smashed it to pieces (ala Pete Thownsend). Freaked out everybody in the place including the event organizers. Ha Ha. That was fun. Pat & his folks introduced me to the West. We climbed Arapahoe Peak in Colorado above their cabin in Eldora. We had a lot of fun together. Scouts, Football, Rock & Roll & Ol Mizzou.
