I would just like to tell Cleora's family that my prayers are with them. I didn't know her well, but my mother talked very highly of her. She was one of my moms golfing buddies and bridge playing friends. Evelyn would pick her up every Thursday and bring her out to my house to play cards with my mom, Marilyn VanGlubt. My mom enjoyed those times very much. My mom passed away on June 10, just 20 days before Cleora. I think they must be up in heaven together playing all the cards they can, and getting in a round or two of golf. Your mother and grandmother was a neat lady and I am glad I had the opportunity to meet her.

As I sit here pouring through hundreds of photos, trying to put a collage together that summarizes her life, I realize I can never truly capture the enormity of what my grandma meant to so many people. I am completely awestruck by what a gorgeous woman she was, who had an incredible life before she ever became my grandma.
Personally, I remember my grandma as the center of our family. She and my grandpa were always there to cheer me on at every sporting event, music recital and important occurrence in my life. Never missing a birthday or anniversary, she spent so much time sewing, altering and knitting things for meâ€¦ And, I donÃ‚â€™t know how she did it, but she turned a cheap, oversized, tacky dress into my beautiful wedding gown. She was such a talented, elegant woman and words cannot express how much I am going to miss her.
I have so many special memories of my grandma, but IÃ‚â€™m just beginning to realize that my time in her life was so small compared to what she gave over her lifetime. What an elegant, classy woman.
Everyone should be so lucky to have someone like my grandma in their lifeÃ‚â€¦. Things will never be the same without her. I love you grandmaÃ‚â€¦

We will always have wonderful memories of Grandma Cleora. We are blessed that our eldest son will have fond memories, and our youngest boys will be old enough to remember her kind and loving spirit. We will dearly miss her early morning check in calls, loving smile,her words of wisdom, the scent of her perfume, and the cautious frown on her face when the grandkids were going haywire.
