Clayton Cecil Bond's Obituary
Clayton Cecil Bond, born October 10, 1942 in Olive Hill, Kentucky where he graduated from High School. Clay died unexpectedly October 11th surrounded by his family. He is survived by his loving wife Becky of nearly 48 years and his 4 children Louie & (Wendy) Bond, Brenda Clark & (Ron Lawrence), Lisa Woods & (Dave Myers) and Albert & (Debbie) Bond, 22 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, his sister Opal Maier and a brother in-law Frank Blevins. Clay was preceded in death by his parents Albert & Helen Bond, sisters Jane & (Bill) Hall, Louise Blevins and granddaughter Jordan Woods. Clay served nearly 21 years in the Air Force taking his family to England, Germany and predominantly in Washington State. He worked at Buckeye Pipeline and US Oil until his retirement. Clay & Becky enjoyed playing cards, active member with the Enumclaw Moose Lodge & camping with family and friends. Papaw loved his family dearly, could be found cheering grand kids on the sidelines and in audiences. Clay, Dad and Papaw will be sorely missed! Memorial Service will be 10am Saturday 10/15/2011 at Mountain View Funeral Home at the Garden Chapel located at 4100 Steilacoom Blvd. SW, Lakewood WA 98499.
