Chuck sorry it's taken so long for us to respond. I personally didn't know your dad well, but Dave thought he was a real character - he would tell me things that he said and we would laugh. I think your dad reminded Dave of his Dad (from that same era). I know he liked boxing - got to watch that when we stopped by one night. I wish I could have met him in better times. I thought it was cool that he had a picture of the Kennedys up on his wall. I'm sure he's watching boxing and fishing in heaven. We love ya Chuck!!!! Chuck - We were so very sorry to hear about Ward. He has beeen in good hands these last couple of years with you taking care of him and we know he sincerely appreciated all you did!
He's looking down on you now from fisherman's heaven so you now are in good hands too.
Ward was a good man who was never afraid to let others know exactly how he felt. Reading this guestbook really shows you how many friends he had that truly understood and appreciated him...that's awesome!

To my old fishing buddy, you taught me all I know about Bass fishing. You will truly be missed. He always had a joke to tell, always kept you laughing. When we were fishing he would always say, "if you mess with the bull, you gonna get the horns", and at the end of the day he would always have a big fish.
Clarence Ward was a true friend; hard to understand by most, but a man of his word.
