Clarence's memorial service yesterday was beautiful and such a fitting tribute to a remarkable man. It is comforting to know that someday we will all (those that know Jesus as Savior) join him in songs of praise to our wonderful Lord!
I wanted to share a thought yesterday during the remembrances, but felt that I could better share it in a card. So, I am sending you a card with a special tribute to "your man". But, I wanted to say that my special memory of him is all the thousands of times I have called you over the years (at your home #) and when he answered, he was ALWAYS happy--it came through his voice--as he said, "Hello-o-o Karol!". Now it is easy for me to imagine hearing him say to his Savior, "Hello-o-o Lord" and to hear Jesus say, "Well, hello-o-o Clarence!"
What I am sending in the card is some thing special--from me and from my mom (you'll understand when you get the card) that reflects on the paragraph above. So, please be looking for it in the mail.
Please let me know if I can help in any way...including at TRM to give the ladies a break if they need it. But, if you need a meal, or after things settle down, if you need someone to talk with and a shoulder to cry on, and someone to pray with you, please call me! I'm here for you!
