Claire Jean Recardo's Obituary
Claire Jean Recardo, passed away on August 24, 2022, at age 70. She joins her beloved husband of 49 years, her parents and two granddaughters. Her spirit lives on through her two brothers (Daniel and Richard); her two sons, Tige (Tammi) and Rico; two daughters, Tracey (Ray), and Demitra (Lenard); 21 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Claire worked as a phlebotomist for 20 years at Good Samaritan Hospital in Puyallup, WA. For those that knew Claire, know her passion and love for singing. When she wasn’t getting down in some karaoke with the family you could find her at bingo or her favorite casino. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her life could be compared to that of a lifetime movie to include all the ups and downs, twists and turns, drama, romance and laughter, but most importantly the love she shared with her family and friends.
A wife, mother, and grandmother too for this is the legacy we have from you. You taught us how to love and how to fight, you gave us strength and you gave us light. Now the time has come for you to rest, so go in peace knowing that you did your best. You will forever be in our hearts. We love and miss you MTA!
A memorial service will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood, WA on Thursday, September 1st at 2:00 p.m. with reception to follow
