Chrysantos A. Taiping Age 80 of Tacoma, WA, formerly of Kaneohe, HI, passed away on Sat., April 26, 2008. Chrys is survived by daughters Christina Carr, Cynthia Kagan (Bob), Anna Kauinui (Rodney), Sheila Gerona (Ben), and son Gerald (Gary) Taiping; 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife Felisa M. Taiping and daughter Sharon Carpenter. Visitation will be Wed. 5/7/2008 at 9:15am in the Garden Chapel at Mt. View. Services at 10:00am handled by Mt. View Funeral Home, 253-584-0250 or call 253-531-4567. Interment will be Thursday 5/8/2008 at 10:30am at Tahoma National Cemetery.
