Christina M. Trujillo, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and cherished member of the community, passed away on May 26th, 2024 in Lakewood WA. Born on July 24th, 1947 in Canon City CO to Alberto Sandoval and Sarah Dodge. Christina was preceded in death by her father Alberto Sandoval; her mother Sarah Dodge; her sister Teresa Murray; her brother Daniel Francis Dodge; her husband Thomas F Trujillo Sr.; and great-grandson Lucas Trujillo Petty.
Christina is survived by her loving children: Thomas F Trujillo II (Karen), Daniel P Trujillo (Shellie), Sarah CT Shewman (Jamey), Christopher T Trujillo (Amanda); grandchildren: Maria Petty (Omar), Daniel Paul Trujillo II (Mary), Anthony Trujillo (AJ), Matthew Trujillo (Amy), Juliana Trujillo, Catherine Garcia (Dezmond), Renee Trujillo (Jarrett) & Joshua Shewman; great-grandchildren: Patricio Trujillo, Cayelin Petty, Joshua M Hansel, Mariah Petty, Anthony Petty, Armani Petty, Evie Trujillo, Lucas Robert Trujillo and great-great-granddaughter KaileinaTrujillo
Christina's life was marked by love and dedication to family. She took immense pride in raising four wonderful children with her husband of 66 years. As a proud military wife for 23 years, she accompanied her husband wherever he was stationed around the world.
In their Golden Years, Christina and Thomas found joy in caring for all of their beloved babies - grandchildren, great grand-children, and even had the pleasure of meeting one Great-Great Grandchild before passing.
She will be remembered not only for being an incredible matriarch but also as a friend who always offered support and kindness to those around her. Christina passed peacefully surrounded by loved ones at Madigan Army Medical Center. She will be dearly missed by friends and family members alike .

There will be a graveside service followed by a reception at the Aspen Chapel banquet room.
Her legacy lives on through the countless lives she touched with love, care, and compassion.
