Christian D. Hauge, 89, of Tacoma, Washington, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026. Born on February 6, 1937, in Tacoma, he spent his entire life rooted in the community he loved.
Chris proudly served his country as a member of the United States Army. Following his service, he returned home to the South Puget Sound area and built a long, hardworking career driving dump trucks. For many years he delivered sand, gravel, and countless other loads across the Tacoma region—work he took pride in, and through which he became a familiar and trusted presence to contractors, coworkers, and friends alike.
