Chris S. Tollefson's Obituary
Chris Tollefson, 67, passed away unexpectedly on September 14, 2018. He was born August 29, 1951 in Tacoma, Washington to Rudolph and Violet Tollefson. Chris grew up in a wonderful neighborhood at North 35th and Puget Sound. He attended Sherman, Mason, Wilson, and St. Martin's Preparatory Schools. He graduated from Evergreen State College. Chris was a genuine free spirit who, in the words of his mother, "Marched to the beat of a different drummer." He was a true gentle soul who was loved by everyone who knew him. Chris is survived by his brother Rudy, and many cousins and friends. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 6, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the Garden chapel at Mountain View Funeral Home. All are invited to share memories, and journal online condolences here on his website.
