Chieko S Fisher's Obituary
Chieko Sasaki Fisher of Lakewood, WA was born on the island of Hokkaido, Japan. She lived with her family and graduated from High School in the city of Sapporo. She loved her parents and playing records on the phonograph for paying customers. Chieko married Army Sergeant Duke V. Fisher of Gallitzen, PA in 1954. She was proud to become A American citizen in 1961. Chieko worked for Days Tailors in Tacoma and was a Cub Scout Den Mother in Lakewood. She enjoyed gambling in Reno, traveling to San Francisco, sewing and crocheting. She lived in Seaside CA, Gallitzen, PA, Fort Lewis, WA and Lakewood, WA.
Chieko was preceded by her husband Duke in 1996. She is survived by her son Wade, daughter in law Katleen (Stilz) and grandchildren Zachary and Ava. She is also survived by her son William, Daughter in law Jeanette (Coleman) and grandsons Nathan and Wyatt.
There will be a family gathering to celebrate her life.
