Chhean "Cindy" Chhoeuth's Obituary
Chhean “Cindy” Chhoeuth, age 50, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Cindy was born in Battambang, Cambodia on November 12, 1975 to her heavenly parents Chhoeuth Lem and Thouk Prang. Cindy built a beautiful life in Tacoma, Washington, where she was cherished by everyone who had the blessing of knowing her.
Cindy was the proud mother of four sons and two daughters, a devoted partner, and the joyful grandmother of two precious granddaughters who brought endless light into her life. She is also survived by her large and loving family, including eight siblings (which one has passed), aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends who adored her.
Known for her kind heart and gentle spirit, Cindy had a gift for making people feel welcomed and loved. She brought laughter wherever she went and had a generous nature that touched the lives of many. She loved being around people, sharing good meals, trying new food/restaurants and creating memories filled with warmth and connection. Some of her happiest moments were spent berry picking at the farm and working with her friends and coworkers at KDP, where she was appreciated not only for her hard work but for her bright, uplifting presence.
Cindy leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and selflessness. Her heart, her humor, and her unwavering generosity will forever be remembered by those who knew her. Though her time here was far too short, she filled her years with joy, compassion, and care — gifts she shared freely with the world.
Her family finds comfort in knowing that her spirit will live on in the memories she created, in the lives she touched, and in the love she leaves behind.
