Chella Laurena Boyd's Obituary
CHÉLLA “CHÉ” NOVILLO-BOYD passed away in Tacoma, Washington, on November 17, 2020, at the age of 48.
Chélla is survived by her husband, Evans Boyd, her two children, Eniché (16) and Chénya (14), her mother, Marianne Novillo-Minarik, her stepfather, John Minarik, brothers Sean Novillo and Phillip Novillo, Sr., sister-in-law Tammi Novillo, nephews Sean Novillo and Phillip Novillo, Jr., great-niece Sienna Novillo and great-nephew Sean Novillo, Jr., all of Tacoma, Washington, stepson Trenell Harttlet, niece and nephew London and Brysen Boyd, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. Chélla was born and raised on the Shinnecock Indian Reservation in Southampton, New York. Chélla will always be remembered as the loving and devoted mother of her two beautiful children, loving wife to her husband, the daughter who made her parents extremely proud, the sister who always supported her siblings, family and friends unconditionally with humor, compassion, and certainty.
She inspired us all to be our finest during dark times and to cherish the joys during the moments of light. Chélla will never be forgotten for the wonder she was, and we will all love her and cherish her memory forever.
