Thank you Connie for the flowers!
Charlotte, I'm a better and stronger person thanks to you. You are always with me, reminding me that I'M #1! I love you.

Charlotte was an example of love and giving! She loved her family and friends and gave to them with all her heart. Whether it was dropping everything to help with babysitting duties in the middle of the night or baking those amazing birthday cakes for all her family's(especially her grandkids) birthday parties, she was always there. I am forever grateful for Charlotte's love and presence in our lives. She was amazing in every way as a mother and grandmother!!!
I have tried so many times to sit down and write a favorite memory or two. There are just so many. How and where to even start.
So instead,
Dear Charlotte aka Grandma Charlotte. Ever since the day we met I've always felt a special bond with you. You are so kind and so sweet, always complimentary and never ever negative. No matter how much pain.
Although you fell for baby Steven first, you accepted the rest of our family with open arms and cookies and showered us with your love through all these many years.
We have gathered for so many family celebrations over the years with birthdays, engagements, weddings, babies and reunions. Almost all happy, but also some filled with profound deep sorrow.
I don't remember how it started that you begin sharing your time with Jenny but I am forever grateful that you did. One on one or one on two when Rick was there as well.
Her favorite stories are of the times that you shared together, when everyone was much younger and more abled bodied. She loved coming over and playing games and watching cartoons. Going for rides, like the time that you and Rick took her for a drive and found hot air balloons to chase. Her immense love for pizza and "pizza parties" came from you two. And if I remember correctly, you were the first that took her to the Casino and played some penny slot machines. Muckleshoot.
You have given my girl so much love and fun memories over the years. The funnest time was when we went to Disneyland and just happened to go around the corner to sit on a bench to decide who is going to go on Space Mountain and who would sit out. We got to that bench and there you were. It was such a happy surprise to see you two. Seriously, it was the best reunion we could ever have seeing each other down there
I wish I was at home and could find the right box of pictures from that day.
I hated Space Mountain. I'm terribly afraid of the dark, I'm afraid of heights and of speed but you suggested, well practically insisted that I go and leave Tina and Jenny to sit out with you.tje Happiest Place on Earth.
Thank you.
Seeing The Beatles Live show at the Snoqualmie with you and Rick was totally awesome! It was such a fabulous show and a wonderful evening out together. One of my all time favorite events. You made me a Believer that night. Lol. (Everyone knows that I'm Not a Beatles fan)
Playing the Beatles Greatest hits album on YouTube several times these past 6 weeks has been very therapeutic in helping your girl, Jenny and I transition to knowing that we will no longer have the hugs, kisses and handholding at family gatherings.
We all have been so blessed to have you a part of our lives and that you accepted all of us into yours ❤️
You truly were a gift from above and you will never be forgotten but forever loved and appreciated.
Love, Carrie
Deb, Rick. Diane, Brenda and Gary my heart hurts so deeply for your tremendous
loss.
I am very sorry that we can not be there with you to celebrate your Mom's life but know that I will continue to hold you close in heart and prayer.
Great memories! 🥰
I have so many fond memories of Charlotte, she always greeted me with such a warm welcome and made me feel like part of the family. She always sent us Christmas cards each year. She worked with our family for years & loved her fruit pizza dessert. She had a special way of making everyone feel so special and she loved her family so much! We will miss her! ❤️🩷
We were blessed with Many Family Gatherings!💜
