Charles Woods' Obituary
Charles Woods, born April 22, 1927 in Beardean, AR, passed away November 1, 2003 in Tacoma, WA.Charles proudly served 20 years and 1 day with the U.S. Army, including a tour in Vietnam. He was a retired steamfitter and member of the Local 82 Steamfitters Union. Charles was lovable, easy going, and had a great sense of humor; joking until the end. He is survived by his loving wife, Mikyong; 4 children, Aaron Williams, Charles Woods, Jr., Debra Williams, and Brenda Woods; 3 stepchildren, Koyi K. Clay, Moaka Y. Clay, and Genia K. Clay; 7 grandchildren; and his sister, Mary Hooker. He was loved and will be missed by all. Visitation will be from 11 A.M. until 9 P.M., Friday, November 7, 2003 at Mt. View Funeral Home.Services will be held at 12 P.M., Saturday, November 8, 2003 at the Mt. View Celebration of Life Center.
