Charles Stuart Linn's Obituary
Charles Stuart LinnChuck was born on April 3, 1914 in Volga, S.D. to Karl and Ada Linn. He passed away on July 7, 2004 in Tacoma, WA due to ParkinsonÂ's disease. He married Lyla Winter in 1939 and they moved to Tacoma in 1942. He was employed by Arden Farms Dairy until his retirement. Chuck had many interests; woodworking, gardening, dancing, camping, playing cards, traveling, and singing in the church choir. He always placed helping others a priority in his life. Chuck was preceded in death by Lyla his wife of 63 years and his siblings; Alice, Kenneth, and Margie. He is survived by his children: Don Linn of Tacoma, Marilyn La Viollette of Olympia, and Janet Medina of Lacey, WA. He is survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate ChuckÂ's life will be held at 3pm on Saturday July 10, 2004 at Bethany United Methodist Church, 5634 S. Park Ave. Tacoma.
