Charles is survived by mother Theda M. Stepp, brothers Ernest Stepp, Steven Stepp, and Barry Stepp, one daughter Asia Andrews, as well as nieces, nephews and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his older sister, Dolores Stepp. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM Thursday, December 8, 2011 in the Mountain View Funeral Home, Celebration of Life Center Aspen Chapel. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
