I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Chuck. My heart goes out to the family. Chuck was a man of many words and many jokes. During office meetings you could look over at Chuck, see the twinkle in his eye and know he was thinking something he couldn't say!
I inherited the December 7th duties when Chuck left county employment and Ann would laugh as soon as her phone rang and she saw my name pop up.
I enjoyed Chuck for his jokes, his laughter, but also for his empathy and understanding. He was a nice guy and I know his passing leaves a hole in your family's heart.##imported-begin##Helen Arnestad (Wallace)##imported-end##

I am so sorry for your loss of Chuck. That's how I knew him...Chuck. I knew Chuck when he worked for the Auditors office and I have so many , many good memories of such a wonderfully sweet man. My favorite memory of Chuck was that every Dec 7 , he would call me at work and yell "Tora! Tora! Tora!" and it would just send me into unstoppable laughter. We would talk about work and life in general. I saw him a couple of years ago and he looked so well and we just started talking - it was as if we never had a break.
