The first of my five brothers has gone to be with the Lord. My heart is broken. I loved Charlie so much. I'll miss our phone calls, will always love you, and never forget you. Rest in Peace dear brother. Till we meet again.
Loving sister,
Deanna Brooks
I always enjoyed seeing Chuck working on his car and chatting with him during some neighborhood walks. I remember how enthusiastic he was about those naval reunions. Please accept our condolences and prayers for you and for all family members during this very difficult time. - Lou and Margie Lehmann
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss Bert,
I will always remember the times Chuck and the "Big Blue Truck" would bring us work in the snow and back home. Chuck would literally have to pick me up and give me a boost to reach the cab. We could go when and where no one else could gol
Please call me at the same number I have always had. I am home all the time,
since I have had my strokes

So very sorry for the loss of Chuck. I work at the Pegasus Restaurant where Chuck had been a patron for years. I would also see him often at 56th St. Safeway. Prayers for his family. May he rest in eternal peace.
My thoughts and prayers are with Chuck and his family; especially Mrs. Morrell. I am deeply sorry for your loss. I hope that you can find comfort in all of your fond memories together and in knowing how obvious Chucks’ love for you was. He spoke so highly of Bert when he was at work before retiring. He had a great sense of humor and he’d always tell us with a smile about “Bert in a mini-skirt”! A few weeks ago Chuck called and he had mentioned to me how blessed he was to have Bert there with him. I will miss all of Chuck’s great stories and him calling down to the Plant to check-in. I know he is at peace looking down at us with a clear view and a big smile. God Bless.
