Charles Lee Critchlow's Obituary
Charles "Lee" Critchlow was born on May 31st, 1935 and went home to our Lord February 11th, 2011. Lee was born and raised in southern California. This is where his passion for fast cars drew him to the sprint car circuit where he helped build race cars. The U.S. Army brought Lee to Tacoma, WA where he met his beautiful wife of 54 years. He was a millwright for Crown Cork and Seal (Continental Can Company) and a proud member of the IAM Union for over 40 years. Lee is survived by his wife Marjorie (Marge), daughter Cindi Absten (Rick), son Brien Critchlow, granddaughter Nicole Hixon (Brad), and great-granddaughter Abigail Hixon. Other "family" members include Debbie McDonald (Dalin), Marie and Chris McCartney. Lee was a giver of his heart, finances, and opinion that caused him to touch many extended family members and friends. His love for family, racing, and barbeques will leave many cherished memories. In honor of Lee's kindness, donations may be made to acommonvoice.org. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home
