Charles Francis Gilfoyle's Obituary
Charles F. Gilfoyle, 81 years old of Tacoma, passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2014. He was born in Chicago, Illinois May 25, 1932. He was a member of St. Theresa's Parish in Federal Way and active in the Knights of Columbus. He retired after 45 years as crew chief with American Airlines. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Joyce, sons Daniel (Carla) of Boyd, TX and David (Bonnie) of Quincy, WA and daughters Elaine Gillespie (John) of Tacoma, WA, Evelyn Gilfoyle of Renton, WA and Laurie Miller (Jeffery) of Kansas, 7 grandchildren Rebecca, Michael, Rachel, Charles, Steven, Amanda and Tyler and 5 great grandchildren Alexia, Riley, Maddison, Damien and Kayleigh. Memorial service will be at St. Theresa's Church in Federal Way, Friday, May 23rd at 10 AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the American Heart Association.
