I was so sad to hear about Charlie's passing he was my step father, I do miss him we connected we made my mom's spaghetti way to sweet.... I wish mom and him would have been able to work everything out ... but it's in the past and I enjoyed the time I got to spend with him.. wish I was able to meet the rest of the family... love ya dad we all love you and miss you dearly ...

I met Charlie and his beautiful daughter, Jennifer, about 22 -23 years ago when we worked at Industrial Rubber, we soon became great friends and spent a great deal of time together with our daughters and were inseparable for years, our daughters were more like sister than friends. I always admired Charlie and the love he showed for Jennifer and the sacrifices he made as a single father. He was so proud of the his little girl and the woman she has grown to be, every time we spoke he always talked about her with the utmost pride; but, the thing he struggled to see was that he had everything to do with who she has become, he taught her the strength she displays today, gave her the confidence in herself to follow her passion and desires in life and he taught her how to love unconditionally. Charlie had a kind heart, a warm smile and always had an encouraging word for all he met. Charlie, my friend, thank you for all the memories, the laughs, the encouraging words, but most importantly thank you for your friendship. Rest in piece, stay close and watch over us, we love and will miss you! Until we meet again....

My heart is saddened by your loss and my thoughts and prayers are with you thru this time of mourning. I am still in shock and awe of the news of his passing it's difficult to digest. Charlie always had a big smile, a great sense of humor, and an outgoing personality he was so full of life. No matter how I was feeling he always brought a smile to my face that is what I'm truly going to miss. It's the little things, the small, everyday occurrences that you'll remember. The laughs, the stories, the smiles. And even though it seems like you can never recover from your loss, it is these very memories that will help push the pain away and bring back the smiles.
