Chuck was born on August 3, 1935 and passed away March 13, 2005 after a very brief battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his daughters and spouses, grandchildren, and brother and sister-in-law.He is survived by his daughters Ro Read Obituary

Charlie is a class act and has a very special place in my heart and thoughts. He brought to DBM Contractors a wit and calming charisma when there was chaos around him. I cannot think of a person that I ever trusted more. His good graces and gregarious manner should be a lasting model for us all to emulate. I have known your dad for about 25 years. I always enjoyed talking and working with him. I was impressed with his ability to take care of all the financial paper work for the company. He seemed to always have a good outlook on life. The last few years when we had the occasion to talk on the phone I remember him talking about his daughters and grandkids. I had told him recently that we were planning a trip out to Washington this summer and wanted to see him. He said he would enjoy getting together. We will surely miss him. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
