Charles Ray Brown, age 79 passed away on December 26, 2016 in Tacoma, Washington. Born December 2, 1937 in Emporia, Kansas to the late Evelyn F. and Charles J. Brown.
He is survived by his three sons Charles "Rick", Michael and Randall Brown and many more loving family members and friends.
