Charles W. Booth "Chuck" 7/25/1941 to 5/29/2011
Chuck died unexpectedly at his Lakewood home. He served his country for 26 years as a Master Sergeant in the US Army. Chuck retired from the Army and enjoyed his 17-year career with the Law Enforcement Support Agency (LESA). Preceded in death by his wife Tomi, the mother of his children, Wes Booth (Pam), and Bettie Juhl (Charley). Chuck is survived by his loving wife and best friend Karen Turner-Booth.
The family requests donations to his favorite non-profit, Lakewood Playhouse, 253-588-0042.
Viewing will be held Sunday, June 5, 2011, 11am - 9pm, Services will be held Monday, June 6, 2pm, at the Mountain View Funeral Home Celebration of Life Center. Reception following services.
