To Cecil's family: I want you to know how precious Cecil's spirit was to each of us. I may have only known him for three years, but that was surely long enough to recognize his special spirit. In all that time, never once did I ever hear him say a negative word about anyone. I never heard him complain. And I never heard him talk about his pain.
