Cecil Hooper's Obituary
Cecil Hooper of Tacoma passed away peacefully March 7, 2016. Born February 14, 1946, Cecil was a retired nurse and Vietnam War Army veteran. He has two children, his daughter, Shannon, and son, Christopher. A viewing will be held at Mountain View Funeral Home from 9-2 pm and the funeral will be held at Valley Chapel beginning at 3 pm, both on Friday, March 11.
In lieu of flowers, Mr. Hooper requested donations be made to the following:
- Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Washington and Jurisdiction
- American Heart Association
- American Diabetes Association
