Carrol Henderson was born November 1, 1923 in Lake Village, AR. Carrol passed away on April 30, 2011, in Tacoma, WA. Carrol is survived by 5 children, Diane, Ruth, Verbe, Johnnie, and James; 5 stepchildren, Tony, Stephanie, Rodney, Renae, and Sheila; 15 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. His nephew Larry stood by him until his final hour. Carrol lived his life with unconditional love and devotion to his family and his church. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, 2 p.m.- 9 p.m., Mountain View Funeral Home, 4100 Steilacoom Blvd, Lakewood, WA 98499. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 12, 2011 at 11 a.m., Bethlehem Baptist Church, 4818 Portland Avenue, Tacoma, WA 98404. Arrangements by Mountain View Funeral Home.
