Carolyn Chambliss' Obituary
As a child of an army chaplain, Carolyn lived in many places. She taught high school English but resigned after meeting Park and married him in 1960. They started their family in Colorado and then moved to Washington. Carolyn was a member of PEO, an office administrator at the Frank Russell Co., and a member of The Little Church on the Prairie where she sang in the choir and was an elder. She and Park lived their final years in the house they built in Mossyrock. Carolyn is reunited with her beloved Park and is survived by her children; Cam Chambliss, Laura Sloan, Cheryl Buell, and Amy Baer; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sisters, Corrine Wilson and Sylvia Huntsman. A family celebration of life will take place in Oregon.
